Drew Davis
Drew started HD Foods in 2023 after working in some of the top restaurants in Nashville, TN & Portland, OR for over 10 years. Originally from Richmond, VA, Drew learned to love food from an early age - cooking with his Granny. He went on to hone in his culinary skills at the Culinary Institute of Virginia.
In 2012, he moved to Nashville and started his cooking career (and won over his now wife, Brenna!). He’s prided himself in using every kitchen as an opportunity to learn. He learned about unique flavor combinations from Chef Deb Paquette at Etch, authentic Thai street food at PokPok in Portland, beautiful plating and use of seasonal ingredients at Treehouse and Setsun, and how to make a mean banh mi at East Side Banh Mi.
He can cook quite literally anything your heart desires. From formal 7-course dinner parties with specialty sourced ingredients, to down-home southern cooking and Korean BBQ, he can do it all.
HD Foods is named after Drew’s son Hugo, his pride and joy. Every dish is inspired by the love and creativity he wishes to share with his family every day.
